We are a private strength training facility in Santa Rosa, CA. We specialize in powerlifting, 
bodybuilding, olympic lifting, and strongman. We have a variety of equipment from many manufacturers.
We have equipment from Eleiko, Prime, EliteFTS, Watson, Legend, Arsenal, Rogue, and other brands.
Our facility is around 15,000 sqft with competition grade powerlifting equipment.
Our main goal is to create a lifting environment that helps take each of our members to that next level.
